initial Assessment

One-to-one initial sessions are the perfect starting point to identify your personal goals, have a trained eye help you understand your compensations and blindspots, and give you a movement regimen tailored to your needs. This time is spent assessing your alignment, breathing patterns, core strategy, movement patterns, and gait. Clients will leave with a basic movement regimen and a wealth of knowledge about their bodies. You will also receive a follow-up email reviewing what we worked on so you’re not left trying to remember everything you learned!

Clients come to Maria for many reasons, including:

  • diastasis recti

  • hip pain

  • low back pain

  • urinary incontinence

  • pelvic organ prolapse

  • core weakness

  • postpartum injury

  • painful sex

This is where the magic happens! After an initial session and identification of blindspots and compensations in your movement patterns (which we ALL have!) clients will spend time working with Maria to improve their movements in order to increase strength and function. These sessions are guided by the client’s goals, and Maria will work with you to help you achieve function and healing in your body.

Maria will send you home with exercises for you to continue progressing on your own at home, between sessions. Communication with Maria between sessions is highly encouraged and can be done via WhatsApp or email.

Sessions can be weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly, and can be purchased in packages of three or five sessions.

INDIVIDUAL/small group CLASSES

When what you really want is to take a movement class tailored to your wants and needs! We all know that creating new habits (especially related to exercise!) can be hard, even when we’re committed and want feel more at home in our bodies. This is a fantastic way to get both consistency and guidance in movement classes that keep you on track.

    In this 90 minute session, you will work with Maria to discover your movement patterns, and have your alignment, breathing patterns, and core strategy assessed. Perfect for those familiar with Restore Your Core®.

  • Initial assessment $110

    Ideal for those looking for specific guidance in their yoga or general movement practice. In these sessions, Maria will assess your movement patterns to help you reach your movement goals. Sessions last 90 minutes.

    Available in person or via Zoom.

  • Individual coaching

    In these sessions, you will continue working towards your goals with guidance and direct feedback from Maria.

    These sessions last one hour.

    Sessions are offered in packages of 3 or 5 sessions. Single sessions may be offered on a case by cases basis.

  • Semi-private & small group classes

    Are you looking for a catered movement class for you and your friends, family, or your company’s team events?

    Semi-private and small group classes are the perfect option!

    With your input, I will create fun classes that meet you where you are, and incorporate challenging, functional movement as the foundation.

    Classes can last any duration you like from 30 minutes to an hour and a half.

    Classes are offered in 4, 6, or 8 week sessions.
