What is Restore Your Core®?
Restore Your Core® is a movement program that helps people create strength, function, and responsive, reflexive core. It is amazing for ALL bodies, but is especially helpful for post-partum bodies in it’s approach by creating a reflexive and responsive core system to heal core and pelvic floor injuries. RYC® is multi-dimensional and treats the body as a whole, rather than isolating just the abdominals, or doing a million Kegels. Rather, it integrates the whole body in dynamic movement that target the core. RYC® helps bring balance to the core system, allowing it to support you throughout your day, and can heal your core and pelvic floor dysfunction, so you can get back to the activities that you love!
One Strong Mama is the sister program to RYC®. It is a prenatal program that helps pregnant people prepare their bodies to stack the cards in their favor for the birth they want. In addition, it works to bring function and strength into the core and pelvic floor systems to reduce pain and symptoms that can occur during and after pregnancy. It’s a fantastic and safe way to work out during pregnancy and is full of education to empower you during this transformational time in your life!
