I will teach you how to help your body become responsive to your movements and activities in a supported and sustainable way. In addition to creating more strength, mobility, and balance in your body, we will work together so you can learn to have a strong, reflexive core that supports you in your daily activities and reduces what might be causing you injury, pain, and discomfort.
